hahas. had training today. first training with replacement coach.
she really look very man. hahas.
had 6 rounds inside school. everyone was happy.
then she said: dont be too happy yet.
lols. everyone didnt noe what would happened but was happy dont need run so much.
lols. starting of the run everyone was like. dont run so fast later 3.2
lols. funny so all jogged. but didnt do 3.2. phew.
did 3 kinds of sprints. up and down. sit down and stand up. and lie down sprint.
woots. then did ball work. arms very tired.
dodge competition. and julia obviously was slacking.

then was dismissed. tired.

training in the morning.
then chiong home. bathed. left house.
went to hougang interchange. was late. but wasnt that late.
went down to downtown. saw chester they all.
then check in. settled down.
then started with bbq. :D
fire didnt started til 9plus.
bbq-ed abit. was talking about some stuff. o_o
then went to room. then round 11plus went to lan.
had a hard time finding the lan. was tricked by some guy. =.=
anyways lanned for 5hours. woots.

then took bus back. cold!
then went back. slept. then went for breakfast.
went back. didnt feel like going wild wild wet.
so didnt went. SORRY!
so played a water game with trina, jerry, weehung, shihong, weibin.

after that started fire. bbq-ed.
